Overall pretty good experience with Mr. Dozier.  While I was gathering my quotes, he was the most proactive contractor and he regularly followed-up with me to see if I had made a decision.  My steps were falling forward and his business acquintance who does brick work did a great job in building new brick steps.  Mr. Dozier and his business acquaintence were able to give me a great price on all my work.

Issues:
1. Concrete truck cracked my sidewalk - Resolution: Came back and replaced the cracked sidewalk
2. Concrete truck left ruts in my front yard - Resolution: Came back and filled ruts with top soil
