Awesome buying experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the shipping was very fast! Will definitely be buying from them again. Bought this Iscart for my mother in laws birthday- so excited to give it to her tonight!
Delivered as promised I have wanted a Sam Francis print for many years, so I was excited to see several prints available at RoGallery. I think that the price was fair, especially since Robert honored the 10% discount for first time customers. The print was in great condition as promised. The framing was done promptly and was a bargain compared to what I would have paid in Los Angeles. However, the wood is not as deep as is typically used for fine art. The piece was well packed and arrived promptly one week from time of purchase. I have no hesitation to recommend RoGallery to other art lovers.
RoGoallery is wonderful! I purchased two works from them on. weekend; they got back to me within less than an hour, and after quickly and easily paying my pieces were sent the next day. The art was packed with great care and included clear cues for unpacking just as safely, with all promised documentation included. I'm really looking forward to purchasing from them again in the future
This was my second or third purchase from Ro Gallery - and all have met or exceeded my expectations! On was an auction purchase and the other two were offers accepted on individual artwork. Highest quality and quick, safe, expeditious delivery.
Probably the rudest gallery I have ever spoken with. They offered to buy a $10,000 sculpture from me for $500 Yes it's a free-market society but these guys are crooks. Buy and sell elsewhere
Ro Gallery is very knowledgeable and honest. I enjoyed doing business with them and highly recommend as true professionals.
Ro Gallery, NY is selling and casting bronzes that were not created by my husband, Michael Lord, but is using his name and our family's personal bio. since 2015 .When confronted he blamed his employee and stated that it was unintentional. He calls the bronzes Zimet and Seated Women. He removed the advertising for a short time at my request and now I see that he is advertising on Pinterest. This person does what he wants. My husband and friend Michael Lord of fifty years passed away Feb.26/21. My family does not deserve this abuse. Please see my review on Defaulters. My review on Google keeps vanishing so I will be monitoring the review on a regular basis to keep the truth out there. My husband and I spent a large part of our lives travelling the U.S. because we loved the people and your country, but as far as making things right when there is an injustice it is very difficult when doing it from Canada. I made it clear that I am not out for compensation. I just asked Ro Gallery to stop the dishonest business practice. I recently had a response from the owner of Ro Gallery saying that I have never had any interactions with their gallery and my review will be removed. Tell me, what is the point of giving a review when the business can alter the truth to their advantage? Yes that is correct that you were not selling my husband's work. You were selling another artist's work and saying that it was created by my husband. You were also using our families personal bio and saying that it was my husband's work. I contacted you and have the phone records to prove it. And you phoned me. As well I have pictures of you advertising these bronzes along with our personal bio.. I don't think you can flag something if it is the truth. Jennifer Lord
After purchasing a piece of artwork from RoGallery on 1stDibs I was so upset to learn the painting was not genuine. I spent $950 framing and later found out is was fake. I confirm with the artist's contact that the numbering of the serigraph was not in a format every used by the artist. I was in contact with them because I was purchasing another piece directly from the artist, which I should have done in the first place. He doesn't use Roman numerals for his pieces. Additionally the size of the print was wrong. I ended up disputing it and providing l of the proof to 1st Dibs and returned the piece. I was refunded and impressed with the support I received from them. However RoGallery is another story. I am so angry to have spent almost a $1000 on framing only to have to have it redone. The only reason I got it from 1st Dibs and not the artist directly was because I thought I was saving $230. I ended up purchasing the serigraph directly from the artist and of course it was the correct size. As a result, I had to have the frame sides remade, along with the glass and matting and pay for that. I'm disgusted a gallery would misrepresent a piece of artwork and thus ripping off the artist's work. Based on what I've read, this review will get pulled down. This cost me an extra $600 in framing and it's so upsetting. I've since confirmed other galleries out there are selling the same versions of this and are also fake. Do your research before purchasing art.
Just got my first piece from RoGallery. Although I was not offered nor did I get the 10% discount other first time buyers are promised, I ordered this yesterday afternoon and received it in great shape today before noon. Thank you.
I was interested in two pieces from RoGallery and submitted offers on their website for them. Alexandra got back to me via email in response to the offers within the hour and she was incredibly helpful. Response time was amazing, as well as shipping time once I had paid for the pieces. The prints were well packaged and arrived within the week! I fully intend to shop with them again. Great products and even better service.
