Roll On In - Lebanon

Very old vegetables used in my bowl. I had to ask the employee to look through his prepared vegetables and find me pieces that were not discolored. I looked back in their kitchen after noticing their vegetables and saw how dirty it was. They also keep their knives in a blue solution and simply wipe (and not well excess solution was still on knife) their knife with a rag and cut your protein. The employee couldn't recall what the solution was called, so I have no idea what I consumed. I could only eat a few bites of my bowl before I became too disgusted. Wonderful concept and poor ability to execute. When I think sushi. I think fresh and clean. That is not what this restaurant is serving. I will not be returning to the Lebanon location.

This is the original! The concept has found a niche that satisfies! Great menu, great staff, great food! My only concern is that the place seems to be unprepared when opening for the day, or at lunch time, but they're always willing to prep fresh if they don't have something. I also wish these guys would make up their mind about breakfast. Many a Friday we've been disappointed when seeking their fabled breakfast menu that seems to only be offered on the owner's/manager's whim...

1st visit so I did not know what to expect. I was greatly surprised. It was excellent. I am glad they are in my little town

Great food if you enjoy sushi. Service was prompt and pleasurable, prices are very fair and cheap. You have the option of making a roll or having a bowl, they also have specials they make which are delicious. The Sunday morning roll with crab Rangoon is delicious! 👌

Had the teriyaki chicken with edamame, Asian slaw, carrots, celery, and yum yum sauce. The veggies where crunchy and fresh. I could have gone for some extra chicken, but what I had was still very good. They do offer the option to get more protein as well. There's not many options for a quick bite with healthy options, so it's nice to have this in the neighborhood. Price wise I'd say they are comparable to most other bowl/sushi places. The restaurant is clean and the staff of very friendly. It's kinda plan on the inside, but your not there the decor. I will definitely be back.
