BIBIBOP Asian Grill

So it was actually my first time here because I’m from Chicago and honestly my experience there was awful. I went with my cousin and we wanted to grab 4 bowls to go. There was no line, no one in front or behind us and she had started choosing the options for her bowl. She stopped in the middle of it to turn around and ask me what to put on it ( we wouldn’t have stopped the guy making the bowl if there was a line btw but there wasn’t) and one of the guys in the back that was cooking literally yelled at my cousin to stop talking and get back to placing her order. I was so shocked that he said it in such a rude way and that not even the guy in front of us seemed offended that she paused for a quick second. Seriously the place was EMPTY there was no need for him to do that and if it bothered the guy actually building the bowl he would’ve said something. We ended up just getting the one bowl and left. I didn’t try the bowl but was told the food was great. Shows how even if the food is good the customer service should be better because no one goes back to a place that made them feel like this.

A very good but basic form of Asian-Inspired cuisine. I really enjoy the flavors that they have available. Definitely do try the Yum Yum sauce or the Sesame Ginger with your meal. I like that it's Chipotle-style line ordering, but some of the ingredients you're able to add are a bit questionable for an Asian dish. (the potato is what honestly throws me off). I like that the miso soup is free but I wish it had more flavor, tofu, and seaweed. I definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite and for something different than the usual.

Since there are so many ways to customize your order, the dish you create doesn't necessarily have to taste Korean if you don't want it to. It's never boring. Tasty, healthier choice for fast food.

Usually a decent experience except tonight. You need to make sure the people checking you out who dont wear gloves dont stick their thumb in your food! So gross to me. Also they need to pay more attention to the customer who is in the middle of paying rather than talking to their fellow employees. The guy tried handing me my card back while looking at another employee but was way off and was handing it to the person next to me

Slowest unproductive day ever for a Friday and rude manager name Cheyenne. I'd say out of all my days visiting the restaurant it's never been that slow and poorly conducted. Hell I could of ran that whole b**** blindfolded with my hands tied behind my back and they say it was short staffed. The manager has a inconsiderate and funky attitude when it comes to requests and making sure customers have needs met. They were out of sprouts and they kept calling them back, meanwhile other employees tried to offer a solution until sprouts were available, like we could come back to it if you like and manager had the nerve to keep obnoxiously chopping and sighing saying "Bean sprouts heard" "Welcome to bibibop" which was very disingenuous. I even tried calling in a catering order and I heard her say what do they want and sighing.
