I like the gift ideas, the original selection, and the people. The prices can get a little out of hand. But I see it as I am paying for a consultant to find me a good gift.
Janice was definition of top customer service. Without even asking she took off the price stickers wrapped the gifts and put them in the gift bag with tissue paper. Made the gift presentation look 10/10 and a joy to talk to. Thank you Janice!!!
This was my first time stopping in this cute little shop and I found it a real treat. They have the normal sort of things I expected to find in a clean and well stocked gift shop. The staff was friendly and cheerful. Although Hallmark is a chain this has the feel of a local shopping experience.
