Ronald McDonald House West

These folks are absolutely amazing. I knew very little about Ronald McDonald House until my daughter was recently rushed to the hospital. We are from another state and know nobody here. Twice the house here reached out to help me. Not just with a place to stay. They offered food, amenities I couldn't imagine, but most of all... kindness. Each staff member was warm and kind, with a caring smile at the end of a stressful day. I truly cannot say enough good things about this organization. You are all hero's in my eyes. Now that I know what the Ronald McDonald House is all about, I guarantee you that I will be paying it forward and contributing to this wonderful organization. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely incredible service for severely ill children and their families. Included is full use of the hotel amenities, free parking, free passes to events and places like OMSI, change for laundry machinges, free breakfast, occasional free dinners, and access to books and movies. Within walking distance of restaurants, public transportation, and the tram that goes to OHSU.
