Excellent training opportunities with a great community of people. Craig's philosophy of training himself and others to become well-rounded protectors focused on the safety of self and others creates a truly unique and powerful experience. His students embrace this mentality and make it a very approachable atmosphere for anyone of any background, experience level, age, gender, race, etc. If you are looking to become a better, more well-rounded human being equipped with good ethics and a solid set of practical physical skills this is the place for you! Check out the gym or come to any seminar; either way you will be embracing an excellent opportunity to help strengthen your mindset, boost your confidence level. and help improve the world around you one person at a time!

Confidence and clarity are what I gain by training at the academy. What to protect, how to protect, and why we protect are themes that are interwoven throughout each class. And while physical fitness is not the primary focus, it's definitely a huge added benefit to attending classes. You don't have to be an athlete to train here, but you will feel like one if you do.

WORLD CLASS. My wife and I recently attended a seminar for self defense reasons and were blown away. The owner/teacher Craig Gray clearly knows martial arts but perhaps more importantly, he's an outstanding teacher. He's patient, supportive, and creates a learning environment that's inclusive of all ages, genders, shapes, and sizes.
In addition, the seminar was comprised of a community of the nicest people that went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.... a testament to Craig and his effort to shape a culture of support and inclusion. I was so impressed that I decided to join the academy and it's been the same experience with every class since.
Highly recommend Ronin Krav Maga for those looking for an inclusive, safe place to learn effective self defense.

You might think that my rating and review would be biased, because I am a assistant Instructor at the Academy. Well I started like everyone else starts to this day. I was 49, (starting 5 years ago) and this was going to be my turning 50 challenge to myself. I was over weight uncoordinated and really eager. Craig and everyone at Ronin were fantastic to me. I came in and watched a class then enrolled in the beginners course after a month there I joined the regular class and was greeted as one of them right away. That was 5 years ago and if i took the time to write every Positive experience I've had you would be reading a book.
I started going for one reason and found hundreds of others that I never expected to that kept me going. 5 years and counting come join us.

I am a better person overall for training here! The class is challenging yet empowering as he teaches skills with ethical clarity and the class culture embodies a Protector community. Hopefully I won't have to use what I've learned but I am a much more confident person in the meantime!
