Room Service

I love love this place; the food is great! Very flavorful! The service is awesome and very knowledgeable of the menu.. I don’t know the guy that works out front; he greets everyone that enters the door and thanks you for your service… the atmosphere is pleasant.. nice and quiet! Parking: No problems… gated!!

If I could I would write a mini novel. I had a delivery order for multiple items. When I tell you everything was on point….. #PRICELESS. Every item was correct even with extra add on items. My order came EXACTLY AS SCHEDULED. The food was so delicious and very eye catching. I will always recommend this establishment. I wish I could have had pictures of all the ordered items but TRUST MY WORDS WHEN I SAY…. A service I wish I could give 10 stars I would. So if you have an engagement, business meetings whatever you will not be disappointed if you order from ROOM SERVICE JACKSON.

The Washington salad with my choice of romaine lettuce and spinach with Italian dressing. Absolutely delicious !Food: 5/5

absolutely the most unpleasant people i have ever had to deal with. i have never heard such a rude way that these people speak in my entire life. i dont know why this place is still open or what idiots still support this business. good food is made with love, and these are the most hateful people i have ever met in my entire life. take your business else where please everyone. notice i gave the service NO STARS !

Ordered with my coworkers, it was decent.. got to end of my salad and found straight hair in it… talking about nauseous…notified the restaurant and he said “well the salads gone now, what do you want me to do about it?” & he’ll let them know to tighten up their hair nets… lol just check your food is all i can advise.

Never will eat this basic overpriced bologna again. To pick which business address are suitable- then to deem some as unsuitable for delivery is bogus. Be about your dollars or close the doors. A building is a building smarts.Food: 2/5

I will NEVER order Room Service again! Me and my coworkers made a group order and I called their location to pay for my order since I was paying with a card, I even gave the driver a $5 tip! The 1st issue I had was that they claimed I made a separate order which I did NOT so while my coworkers received their orders I had to wait for the driver to come back with my order mind you I am 7 months pregnant and hungry! The 2nd issue is that I ordered a Washington salad which is suppose to come with chicken, bacon, eggs, walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, grapes, mushrooms and bagel chips……From the picture you can clearly see I did NOT get mushrooms or bacon!! I will never order a salad from this restaurant ever again l, I will take my money somewhere else! As a pregnant woman I will NEVER forget this horrible experience!!

Best vegetarian sandwich in town!! The only problem was trying to fit it into my mouth. I was motivated, though. Delicious!!

I got a roasted potato salad with Creole dressing and omg!!!! That was the best salad I’ve ever had hands down it was delicious!! And I got a chicken salad sandwich and Southwest chicken soup but I’m going to eat that tomorrow I can’t wait I bet it’s so delicious too.. I would most definitely recommend this place!! Thanks

Room Service is the most unpleasant establishment I have ever spent my money with. My food order was incorrect. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Managers are rude and not willing to fix orders.
