Really frustrating when your business hours are wrong and I’ve made a specific trip out of my way to come pick up our glasses and you’re closed. Very disappointing....

I have tried three separate times to come in for eye glass adjustment and the technician is never there. These are the most expensive glasses they sell too. I leave a phone number and no one has the decency to call me back to come in. I've even called the manager and left a message. And they ignore me. I'll never go back.

The office is nicely decorated. The staff is polite Nd welcoming. I recommend Dr. Rosa Guerreiro. She is very relatable and makes you feel at ease during your visit.

I have tried to make appts with this location and other locations and can never get through. I don't understand why this always happens.

Don't waste your time and money. Rude people! One of the reps had the nerve and address me with "sweetie" when I calle . And when I tried to correct her she became dismissive and even more rude. Been going there for over 6 years and I tried to put it off,but this last incident was it for me! Glasses are too expensive anyway.
