The Eye Center

This was my first visit. I wasn’t really happy with the crowded waiting room or the wait, or the guy that came in to put numbing drops in my eyes before I’d even seen the doc.. BUT, once Dr. Boutros came in, it was totally worth it. Great appointment, spent time explaining, was so knowledgeable and I left feeling really good about it and glad I had made this second opinion appointment.

Dr. Reisner is one of the kindest, professional doctors I’ve ever known. Thank you for a wonderful, successful cataract surgery. It’s the day after, and I’m seeing better than ever.

The staff are really kind and helpful. Dr. Deena Tailor is the best doctor. Very knowledgeable, hears every issue. Will definitely recommend The Eye Center.

Dr.Taylor was amazing , she was very warm hearted , understanding , always smiled, answer all my question and made my first eye exam very comfortable and comforting !

I had lasik surgery on both eyes in 2021. I’m seeing better than 20/20! The entire process was easy. Dr Boutros did a fantastic job with my vision. I highly recommend the Eye Center to take care of your vision!

I have a complicated eye history. The first two visits were great, doctors took my case seriously and gave good feedback. Third visit was a disaster. It was as if they had never seen me before and did not know what I needed. This was supposed to be a followup and update my prescriptions. After two difficult phone calls I'm told I will have to have a fourth visit to correct what went wrong at the third - at my expense of course.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Everyone was great. Dr. Taylor and her team are an outstanding group of professionals and I am happy to be a patient. Kudos to everyone that work at this location.

Nice facility. Professional staff. Not sure why masks are still mandatory, though. Unusually long wait to see the doctor this last time, but normally they are on time.

Doctor not there. All were told after waiting 2 hours. Another doctor did see those who did not reschedule. She couldn't help me except to refer me to Reston office. Total competence in getting patients scheduled and billed but thats all.

Kind and patient support staff, technicians, and doctor. The doctor listened and was very kind, explaining details. Thank you.
