I would like to commend the young lady who worked register 3 and checked me out tonight. She said she was nervous because it was her first time working the register. She provided exceptional customer service with a smile.

I shop here when I need like special items, the store is super affordable for my limited budget. Also the best customer service award goes to the cashier I believe her name is Billie she is the best and super friendly everytime I shop there. Whomever the manager is should really consider getting her a raise or management position if she isn’t already!.

My husband and i go there on a regular basis. Yesterday we spent a lot of money in there with no issues. Today we went in to shop and our card was declined, we have been having some issues with a few of our cards and i have ordered new ones but they have not come yet. We had just left Americas contacts and eyeglasses and the card worked perfectly which is the case sometimes it works others it doesnt. On the way out of the store one of the employess commented "they do this all the time" it was embarrassing enough to have to leave without our purchases but to have someone comment something so derogatorily made the trip worse. I wont be going there again.

Bought a Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner didn't work out of the box. Returned it for one that did work. The return process was so easy and the Roses employee was so helpful, polite and friendly. Great team and I highly recommend them.

Has a nice variety of items. Only one thing wrong does not kerp a well stocked supply of the 79 cent Ultra Pantyhose in more of a variety of colors and sizes for Med Tall up to 160lbs. Thank you Ms. C

I'm a truck driver, delivered to this store today. Can't say enough good things. Very friendly folks, very fast unload. It was a pleasure coming here. Thanks for the kindness you showed me today. I appreciate y'all very much.

Associates on the floor were very helpful & friendly. Appliances should be labeled so they can be easily found. Too much personal conversation between cashiers.

BED BUGS!! Please be warned. I've never had bed bugs in my life, I had to use Google to find out what they were. I bought a pillow from this roses and about 3 weeks later my infant stated getting swollen bumps 3 in a row. I didn't start getting them fOR another week or so. I spend $275 with an exterminator just to treat my mattress and they are still not gone but luckily I caught it early. The exterminator took the pillow and cut it open and called to tell me it was loaded with bed bugs. I will never shop here again. It's just not worth it. I will probably end up getting rid of my $1,000 mattress because of it. Please just spend the extra money and go to walmart or target. This store is disgusting. You'll see when you walk in how dirty it is. You've been warned. Stay away from this store or you'll pay hundreds in exterminator fees. BED BUGS!!!

Love this store! I can always find what I need at a reasonable price. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help!

I called to see if they had a item and they said yes. Got here and they didn't ask to speak with store manager Tony and he ask what did I need instead of coming out to speak with me. He told his employee to tell me that they may get a truck tomorrow and still don't know if the item will be available. Poor customer service
