This place was beautiful and the staff was so nice!!! The Gumbo was excellent!!! The drinks were nice and strong and very reasonably priced!!! Even though it was so cold outside at 29° this rooftop restaurant was excellent for staying at The Higgins Hotel!!!

What a fantastic view! One of the best rooftop bars in New Orleans! Didn't try the food but happy hour is good.

Rosie’s on the Roof is such a fun addition to the Higgins Hotel! The theming is unique and transports you back in time. Their menu offers drinks plus some bites! Indoor seating is nice if the weather isn’t good. Outdoor area is much bigger than I imagined with an incredible view of the city! Excited to visit again!
