Ross Dress for Less

The workers there always greet with kind friendly faces! The girls there always look so pretty! I went to the dressing room to try on a few things and the girl back there was very helpful and and beautiful hair! The security there always a gentleman !!

The cashier LUZ gave me the absolute worst service I have ever had in my entire life. I waited in line. She was rude. She told me I was in the wrong line after I went up to the line instead of taking care of me.. and then when I was putting my credit card in my wallet, I hadn’t even grabbed my stuff yet. She called for the next customer and then told me that I could go now. I shop at Ross every Monday. I will not be returning to this particular Ross location.

I only did a return on this trip but customer service had its own line and they got me in and out quickly despite the long line for regular checkout.

I found some things I have been looking for, for a long time such as winter boots and a winter jacket. I have foot problems and it is very hard to find boots and shoes to fit properly. I was thrilled to find the boots.

This store was a mess. Floor is very dirty looking. Stock was a mess and non store items, drinks etc, were found on shelves.

It's a good place to shop, but you just have to luck into finding something you like

DECENT STORE NOT AS WELL MERCHANDISED AS OTHER NEARBY LOCATIONS BUT LOVE THEIR STORE HOURS, OPEN LATE!

Hey if you hit this place at the right time you can get some awesome steal of deals.

Neat place, I mean it's a Ross so take that how you want but I like going to these.
