Told me to leave. I arrived and asked if he could fix the sole on my boots. He said "NO" and shooed me to leave. I asked why he wouldnt or couldnt repair and he twisted up his face and said "NO" again and then said to go to the manufacturer. Told me to leave again. Awful experience, do not recommend.

One of the studs of my Kork-Ease came out, and I assumed my shoes were ruined. The owner was very kind & helpful. He fixed my shoes within a matter of minutes. Amazing experience!
