Roti Indian Bistro

Great Indian food and a good place for a group. They have a big banquette in the front window ideal for large parties. The naan is super tasty. Many dishes to choose from, and their tandoori is very good. You can eat here on a budget, or blow it out with multiple dishes. Everything seems prepared with care. They do get quite busy, and they seem to do a lit lot of take out. But the waiters are friendly and the service is good overall. Just a few steps from the West Portal MUNI tunnel, an easy walk in the 'hood or via K, L or M lines. Order the chicken specialties, or ask the waiter what is popular. They will guide you for flavor and spiciness too, or if you have dietary restrictions. And plenty of vegetarian or vegan options.

Food is always delightful. Gracious service. Accommodating of a large group including a baby.

Good place for lunch. They have special lunch menu. The menu has good variety. Try puri mattar.

Excellent indian restaurant ! We ordered some meals to go and they were delicious! It was a great choice. The owner was friendly. It is a good place to go in SF.

The food here is catered for the American palette. I was pretty disappointed with the spice levels being so low. The only things that was good was the masala chai. It was overpriced and the only thing I could take away from here was disappointment.
