Round Table Pizza

Ok, I have been going to this place for almost 2 months... atleast once a week. Out of the 10 times I have been there, it has been super HOT in there 7 times. I only go for the all you can eat buffet and I do have to say, it is good, freshly made pizza of your choice, gooey cinnatwist, garlic twists and a decent salad bar with fixing...Every time we visit, it is way HOT in the restaurant. It is not very crowded... but they really have to fix the AC in the place. The Mens bathroom has been broken forever too. We have decided to NOT go back because although it's a good deal $10 for buffet...its just not ok to eat and sweat in there.

Horrible pizza. I ordered 3 Large pizzas today. As directed I arrived 30 minutes later to pickup my order and the pizzas were ready. Service was prompt. Came home and served the slices. The pizza was overdone and tasteless. The Guinevere pizza bitter and dry. The cheese pizza was extremely chewy. The crust was burned on all of them. In all I paid $101 for very bad food that we sadly have to trash. Other locations are better.

Called to order and my order was transferred to a sunnyvale location 6 miles further away. Pizza was delivered via door dash and no one ever mentioned anything. Wish I would have known so I could have chose to order something else. Instead.of. getting a door dash notification. Round table is becoming tje Kmart of

I love round table pizza. It's delicious! My problem is with the delivery service and customer service. My pizza was 45 min. late and cold. We had drive to the store and take back the cold pizza what's the point of delivery?!. They did replace our cold pizza but did not offer any type of refund for the delivery charge or tip I paid! We only received fresh pizza! Would of been cheaper to just walk in the first place. Disappointed in the customer service here. Still two stars instead of one because the pizza is delicious

These guys deserve Minus 10 stars!! We ordered a pizza at 6PM today, and were told that the pizza would be 20 minutes. After we got there at 6:40 the pizza was not even in the oven. We were told 17 more minutes and I could see that that they were being dishonest. We along with at least 10 other customers waited for till 7:40 and the manager could not even estimate when it order would be worked. Only one employee making pizza and the manager did not even start helping make the pizza knowing that they were super backed up. Ultimately canceled my order at 7:40 and came back without a pizza. Severely mismanaged location and can not write enough negative things about our experience there.

What you see is what you get. Perfectly serviceable take-out pizza with kind and friendly staff working a clean, organized counter. It's not a particularly cheap chain anymore, but they don't skimp on the toppings, and hot pizza always hits the spot. A guilty pleasure.

Probably the worst round table in the area. Second visit and was worst then the 1st. There was no one at 1st to take my order. I had to bus my own table as many tables needed cleaning. Only person behind counter was in no rush to clean tables either. One bath room to wash with no paper towels. Pizza was good.

Delicious, tasty and crispy round table Pizza. Staff is courteous, friendly, likepo and respectful. Ordered pizza through phone and picked up within 25 minutes. Shawn understand the business protocol and customer management relationship. I would highly refindrec this place for all your Pizza needs!

I ordered a King Arthur's Supreme. It was loaded with quality toppings, cooked well, and overall delicious. This review is not on the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Round Table Pizza. I have always enjoyed eating pizza from here. This review is for this location's business conduct and procedures. I wanted to reach out directly and privately to the owner of this location, whose name apparently is Shawn, but the employees did not have a business card, email address, or contact number for him. So, I resort to Google Reviews to communicate to him. I ordered an extra large King Arthur's Supreme which totaled about $32. I was set on applying a coupon that I had located via Round Table's website 15% off. The cashier would not accept a digital version of the coupon which I had pulled up on my phone. I was a little baffled by this because this is California, arguably the state with the most eco-friendly legislation. The cashier said that the owner would only honor a printed copy of the coupon. The coupon did have a disclaimer that read "Print coupon to receive discount." In a day and age where paper conservation and print cartridge reduction are priorities, this establishment is behind. Sadly, this is the same for all the Round Table Pizzas in Sunnyvale. Here is a simple resolution and sensible resolution: I encourage your establishment to have printed copies on hand so that guests who are unable or reluctant to print can still take advantage of your business coupons. Thank you for your high quality pizzas, but please reconsider your business practices and policies.

We have our regular Association meetings at this location. Staff is friendly, pizzas taste well - both veggie and meat options - are good. Service is nice and they are very accommodating.
