Round1

My son visited Round 1 with his grandfather today. The games weren't working and the ONE that did, was functioning without tickets. When the issue was stated to staff, they looked like deer in headlights instead of offering a resolution. I called the location and there was no one even answering the phones! We're left with no option but to write a bad review and if I could give less than one star, I would. The website has no 'contact us' option either. My son wanted to have his birthday party here but at this rate I won't spend one red cent here without better customer service - let alone HUNDREDS of dollars to host a party. Take your kids to Chuck E Cheese or Dave and Busters. Both will have better games and food than Round 1. This place needs new management ASAP.

Great place for adults and kids! They have a variety of arcade games and ticket games, they even have a full rhythm and fighting game section. Food prices can be a bit high, but there are other options if you want to head to the mall food court. I really enjoy the karaoke rooms and their selection of games from Japan!

It's a really fun place with bowling, pool, ping pong, karaoke, food, lots of crane games. But the best part IMO is the amazing arcade! It has all the best games from Japan and more! Had a blast, drove 3 hours and spent over 100 bucks there and I don't regret it!

Cheaper than Dave and Buster's and less crowded. I would say it's more nerd friendly, with it's selection of import games and Japanese beverages. It's always a fun and relaxed time.

Kids enjoy spending a few hours here when school is closed, or snow days. Bottling Lanes are very nice. Only thing that isn't great is either the side rail bumpers are up OR down. Can't have up for just one bowler. Arcade games are a big hot for my kids too but we can easily drop $50+.
