OK folks this place is only good if you buy your Jayco trailer from them if you didn’t they don’t want to honor the warranty in a timely fashion they should not be allowed to sell Jayco trailers.You are a certified dealer you should honor all Jayco trailer not just your customers !!! Think about it imagine moving to a different state and trying to get your Jayco service by these people good luck !!!

Very nice place and worth the drive. Sales person worked with us and not 'at' us.

I was just denied service for the 2nd time on my Jayco. The first call I was told they could get me in, once they realized I purchased my RV elsewhere, I was told that they would speak to the Service Manager and call me back, on the return call I was told they were booked until mid summer. They will not service RV's that are not purchased from them. I called Trailer City and they will do the service. Great Business model Roy's, your lucky most are to lazy to shop around for the best deal.

Called Roy's several weeks ago and talked to someone in the service department I informed them that I had was from out of state and I had some issues that were going to be covered under my extended warranty. I was told to call back when I was ready to make an appointment so I called back today and when I went to schedule my appointment all of a sudden they don't service campers that weren't purchased from their store. Thanks for completely lying to me and making me waste a couple of weeks thinking you were going to help me out.
