PARCS Superstores #3 - New Holland & Can-Am

Horrible company to do business with once you sign the papers to buy a tractor. I bought a workmaster 70 a little over a year ago it's been in the shop for at least 6 months in the time I've owned. I understand things break down but they could at least give me a loaner tractor so I can take care of my horses. My tractor is currently in the shop getting worked on it was suppose to take approximately a week to fix and it's going on a month now. Each time I call they got another excuse of why it's not fixed. This is after three months of them suppose to come to my house to fix it. This company is very incompetent in fixing the unreliable tractors they sell. If your in the market for a new tractor do yourself a favor and stray away from parcs superstores and new holland you'd be better off buying a scythe and pitch fork to take care of your farm and animals. If anyone knows a good lawyer that can help make parcs buy the tractor back from please let me know. In the meantime while I wait on my tractor I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB in hopes to save other people from the hassle of dealing with parcs.

Great service before the sale, and even better service after the sale! Highly recommend Cliff on the front end of the sale, and Justin in service is second to none!

Awful. Bought a new tractor with woods mower. Nothing but problems. Tractor fell a part. After 4 hrs of use had tractor a month but has been out of service for 3 and half weeks. Mower gear box burned up after 7 hours of use. No one will call me back from parcs in a timely matter or hold true to there word. Only 9 hrs total parcs refuse to take tractor back/ give loaner or give me money back. Tractors already rusting out. Will take down after I get my money back like promised. Don't buy from them once you sign there done with you.
