Setzer's World of Camping

We bought a new camper there a few years ago and everything went smooth. Since then we have been back several times for parts or service. The staff seems to be bothered by our presence as a customer. Parts manager is down right cold. Seems he wants to do anything but deal with customers. Currently,the camper is in for a leaking window and we have no idea when we will get it back. I asked the service manager and he said, " I will call you when we get time to fix it". I asked again for an estimated time and he said, " it will be several weeks till we get time to look at it". Good luck getting your camper serviced here.

We bought a travel trailer from Setzer's. We were not and are still not impressed with anything they have done. If anyone else would have had the trailer we wanted we would have gone elsewhere. We had problems with the trailer getting home. Took one short trip about 200 mile round trip and the rear axle was bent. Took it back to Setzer's and their remark was we must have over loaded it. the bent axle also wore both rear tires. When we took the trailer back their comment was "out of the goodness of our heart we will fix it." What about warranties or good customer relations. Never will be purchase anything else from Setzer or will never recommend.

Customer service is horrible! Was interested in purchasing a camper from this place, tried for 3 days to get in touch with the salesman, he wouldn't return calls. Obviously they don't need the business! Luckily we were able to go to another RV dealer, got wonderful customer service and a way better deal! Turned out for the best anyway! Don't waste your time here, their overpriced and horrible service.

Sales staff was great, but service manager is not very nice. Been waiting over a year for a charger for a LCI REMOTE and still have not gotten it. I think they forget you after the sale. And after buying the 3rd camper from them dont know that I'll go back.

That's awesome place to buy a camper, the people there are really nice.
