The absolutely worst experience, I've witnessed from a business. I hope the owner reads this, whoever you have interacting with the walk in customers is unprofessional and a theif. I watched him mark up a customer's order by $90, and laugh about it. You mess up an order, and the customer has to pay for, your mistake. So glad I left, and didn't waste my time or money with the company. Very unprofessional, and uninformed. I'll definitely spread the word, about the unprofessionalism and jacking up prices. Disgraceful.

The best hardwood flooring & custom cabinets are made here. I'm a former employee & I can say there's nothing but quality work done at Roy's Wood Products.
