Roy Wilkins Auditorium

Sorry First Avenue, this is actually the best concert venue in the Twin Cities and has been since the 1990s. It's pretty basic. The parking garage twirl is a pain when you leave. But it's easy enough to get into. It always sounds good here and the vibe is always cool. Never had a bad experience. Never overcrowded. Like I said, it's a pretty basic venue but the best shows seem to happen here. I will miss this venue and if I'm ever back in town I'll try to catch a show here.

This place was the worse place to have an event at. The whole auditorium needs to be updated, including the bathrooms. The sound system and projectors are from the 90's. We got ripped off. Was not worth it. Couldn't see or hear the show. Such a waste of time and money. Fans weren't even able to purchase tickets online but had to waste part of the day standing outside waiting in an enormous line in the cold just to pay to get in. Horrible experience for everyone. You can't even use the bathroom in peace because it's so outdated. Really bad. You'll see for yourselves.

Went to the Donnie Smith show was great first time going and will definitely come back next year!

Well I was there for the AKC Dog event. The facility was nice clean the staff was very attractive.

I've been to about five roller derby bouts and have enjoyed each experience very much! I was under the impression that roller derby bouts were very profane and crass, but NO! Derby bouts are extremely family friendly and the bouts are very regulated and any foul play on the track is punished with penalty minutes. The community surrounding the league is so powerful and the skaters are very friendly and so fun to watch! Highly recommended especially for families that want to get out of the house and away from screens. Also each skater has a creative, completely unique name! Definitely look into my favorite team, The Dagger Dolls! #DaggerDollMan #RinkRat4Life

Awesome place for a robotics competition

Quickest place to get a covid test. Sundays mornings are quiet & quick. Took both rapid nose swipe 15 min results & 2day saliva. Feels good to know you're negative. Stay safe, sanitary & wear your mask vaccinated or not!!

The fees they add on to ticket prices are outrageous. It's a nice auditorium, but I will remember the fees if I ever go to an event there again.
