August 18th 2022 traded even up for my 2012 Nissan Maxima a really cool show car. Ten big wins. Traded for a 1996 lincoln Limousine. It needed lots of work to be able to win at car shows. With lots of work I have 5 big wins so far. Anyways! Owner didn't show up on day of trade. Delt with an employee. So neither car then got any problems disclosed. The leather roof blew off bringing the limo home, so did the muffler. Well he claims my transmission is bad. I drove it there from Richmond KY with no problems. He's now so upset that he's not sending me the title. Blocking my #. My temp tags are now expired. He's not happy with the trade so then he's playing games with my title. Many legal agencies have now been contacted on his lack of concern. I've fixed all my problems with the Limo at my exspence. But still no title. He said I traded him a piece of junk. His Facebook Ad stated a ready for business Limousine. Not even close. Just send me my title please. Ohio law states with in 30 days title should be given to new owner. It's been 36 so far and no word back from dealership.
Very unprofessional, asked for photos of a frame on a Toyota notorious for rust. Owner insisted I was wasting his time and blocked my number. Was very interested in the vehicle and didn’t want to waste an hour drive time each way to see a rusted frame. Very shady, I’d steer clear. Obviously they were trying to hide something.
Great service! Absolutely amazed at the process. The Gentleman David who I worked with was very professional, kind and was focused on my needs and wants. That is the type of person you want to keep around! They got good cars too with good deal. All the cars I have bought from them over the years have been in good shape. Thank you for going that extra mile.
I bought a Chrysler 300 from them today and I am very happy with it. Good guy, fair pricing. I will defiantly return in the future.
Worst customer experience ever. Not only is the owner rude and degrading once the car is sold & signed for apparently all promises made are void. My sister goes & buys a car which not only body damage but the smart key isn't working. She has to manually unlock the car and the car does start but doesn't recognize the smart key. Smart keys are expensive especially for Acura so they promised to fix both. They took the car back and after week body is done but refuse to say when they will fix the key. When called in manager says he will ask owner who he refused to mention he was related to for loaner & call back which no call after 3 days. When we pick up car asked about key repair His only response is "when I have time I'm a busy man" this is from the OWNER. When asked for a loaner at least he refused. Wouldn't let us get a word in kicked us off the lot with no solution. Once you buy you are nothing to these people. Beware to thoroughly look at the car & make sure it works before signing because they will not tell you the issues. The manager even had the nerve to sound irritated when obvious body damage was pointed to him after car was sold. I wish there was an option for negative stars.
Bought a 2008 GMC Envoy Denali from Alex two weeks ago for my wife. I actually waited to see how the vehicle performs before writing anything about my experience. It is a great SUV and an unbeatable deal. I've paid almost 20% below the book value. It's clean, navigation, DVD, brand new tires, spectacular interior. It's more than my wife and I could wish for! Alex also had me approved for a sweet loan, $195 per month after $3000 down payment. Those are the real numbers and a truly great deal. Now after getting such a nice car and a great financing deal my mother-in-law wants her car traded in at Royal Auto. We are coming back within next 5 days to get my her a new car too. THANKFULLY, those feelings were all put to rest when i sat and talked with the staff at Royal Auto. They are genuine good people, took the time to sit and work with me to get financed into a vehicle i loved, even took care of some concerns I had on the vehicle prior to purchase. Overall, I got a great ride and a extremely competitive price, hassle free, and without any second guessing.These guys are great. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Great place to buy a used car! They were very helpful in finding me a car that had all the features I wanted while still being in my price range. Any problems I initially saw with the car were promptly fixed before I even got the keys!
This dealer is very friendly, and easy to work with. They dont give you a hard time, like most other dealers would. I can say i am happy with the service that was provided to me, and am definitely happy with my 2003 chevy silverado 2500hd.
