Story

Since 1927, Royal Crest Dairy, a Colorado family-owned business, has been providing home delivery of the finest milk and freshest dairy products to families along the Colorado Front Range.
The freshest milk is produced on local dairy farms. These farms are all grade "A" producers, and are on a rigid testing program to insure purity, quality, and flavor. Royal Crest has contracted with our producers not to treat their cows with the bovine growth hormone rbGH. In addition, all milk is tested for antibiotics. If any antibiotics are detected the milk is rejected and not processed.
"Environmentally Friendly" Bottle
Royal Crest Dairy’s commitment to the environment was established in 1965 when we became one of the first dairies in the country to switch to a reusable/recyclable plastic milk bottle. This bottle can be reused up to 100 times before recycling.
This unbreakable "high density" plastic container is more durable than glass, maintains fresh flavor, and keeps milk cold longer. The Royal Crest milk bottle with the no-drip lip is 8 times lighter than glass and available in both gallons and half gallons. This bottle can be reused an average of 100 times before being recycled. This returnable/reusable bottle contains no BPA!
In 1991 Royal Crest began converting its milk delivery vehicles to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). LPG is a cleaner burning fuel that reduces carbon monoxide emissions by up to 80%.
