Royal Palace Chinese Restaurant

I ordered from this place for the 1st time and nevet again! Awful food! Over price! Terrible customer service. Long story short the so called cook should be fired. He thinks he is the manager and owner and cook. He said it was my fault the food was wrong and my fault it wasn't full. I will never support this place. He disrespected me. I asked for the owner and he told me they are in China. If you are reading this and you are the owner, I advise you to fire him. I'll never let my friends and family order from here.

It’s a luck if a draw at this place. Our first time the food was decent, the second time we had hair in our shrimp fried rice but luckily they remade it and it was really good. This however will be the last time I’ll ever eat here. Ordered General Tso like I normally do and I have no idea what I got but it’s not chicken. Tofu maybe idk but even they couldn’t tell me what I got which is more alarming. Just go to Golden Harvest I know I will.

Really tasty food! We got the garlic chicken, pepper streak and pork chow fun noodles. The meat options came with rice or fried rice. I love the family style sharing option here! This restaurant reminded me of Chinese restaurants back home in Hawaii. Definitely returning next time we are in town.

The food here is amazing! I've come here multiple times in the past few years and it's one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to! The food comes out hot and fresh and tastes delicious. Definitely would recommend!Food: 4/5

I'm not one to go out of my way to rate any place. But the complete unprofessional serve staff and management was enough for me to do it. Our server had zero serving etiquette, yelling in a silent restaurant at her mom in the back. One of the workers, I assume the owner, started yelling at a doordasher for asking about the food he was picking up. The consistency of the sauces on their food is skewed. I've ordered the beef with garlic sauce 3 times. First time it was amazing, that's why I wanted it again. Second time, it was so spicy that I couldn't taste the food at all. Today, it was overly sweet. There's absolutely no sense of professionalism at this restaurant.

The service was a little uneven but like a lot of other restaurants, I think they are understaffed. The food was spicy as indicated on the menu. Some restaurants really don't have spicy food. There weren't many dine-in customers while we were there. The table area looked empty . There was a lot of take out which ,to me, is a sign that people like the food but just don't want to eat out. I'm glad we found the Royal Palace. We will return when we're back in the area.

I don’t really like the attitude of the staff. My boyfriend and I went there for our date night, we didn’t eat all day. When we went there to order our food as we were ordering the lady said,”so much food order something healthy” I didn’t say anything because I was too hungry so I acted like I didn’t hear what she said. The next week I called to place an order because my boyfriend like fry dumpling and the restaurant is closer to us than our favorite restaurant. When I called the same woman answered with an attitude no,”hello, this so and so restaurant how am I help you” she just said “hello what you wanna order”.

Small portions and over priced. The fried rice had almost no veggies and no egg. It looks more like white rice with a bit of soy sauce. Our food was luke warm. Smallest portions i've ever seen at a restaurantFood: 1/5

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE *** I VERY MUCH AGREE WITH THE LATEST REVIEWS! *** Ordered 2 Imperial Chicken Low Mein combos 1 veg spring roll 1 spring roll Total: $28.83 + credit card fee they didn’t let us know about = $29.37 Food was tasteless and the portions were small compared to another place in town I’ve gone to. Only thing that gave it some sort of flavor was the hot oil. Both combos had more vegetables than chicken...at most there were 3-4 pieces of chicken in each combo and this combo is supposed to be bigger than the regular combo For the price of what we paid you can DEFINITELY find a better Chinese place than this one. SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

1 Ordered at 6:23pm, told 10 minutes. order ready at 7:27pm. 2 Order of Chow Mein was forgotten in my order. 3 The food that was actually given was pretty gross. Crab Rangoon took one bite and threw it all away. disgusting. Low Mein soggy and house fried rice unseasoned. honestly really bad food. 4 $72 to feed three people. food we won't be eating.
