I purchased a car from Steve, in feb 2020 it was a bit more complex than usual, because the owner, while meaning well, was busy distracted and maybe having second thoughts about selling the car.. plus there were some accessories missing. Steve and his team were fantastic through this process, hung in there to see it through... I paid the full amount, despite a few accessories needing to come to closure, as I trusted RRS. COVID added a bunch of obstacles.. but Steve stayed on it, till now.. and just located and sent to me the last element we were looking for. I did not have to bug them through this process, they kept me informed and kept trying... till they found one of the last one of these pieces. You can trust Steve and crew to come through ...
