Rubie Smoothie

I have come here many times since its convenient when you're on a shopping spree in the mall. It's delicious! I love the smoothies, they fantastic, would definitely reccomend!

Absolutely the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with and I wasn’t even buying a smoothie. I was looking for the perfume store which used to be opposite. I said “excuse me, did the perfume store move.” The guy said, without looking up from his laptop, “they left.” I then said, do you know of any other stores in the mall similar.” He ignored me. I then said “wow you’re extremely ignorant. Apparently you don’t know how to be polite or courteous.” He said, “I already answered you. What are you crazy? This isn’t customer service, I just make smoothies. You stay there and I’ll just call security.” Absolutely unbelievable. I understand he was under no obligation to help me but there is no need to ever be so rude to another person.

Bubble tea and smoothies are the best, still can't figure out their hours though because they close early a lot

They refused to serve me Bubble Tea because I have deathly allergies. Under the ADA, they are in violation of the law. As such, they should be shut down. Until that day comes, however, stay away if you have food allergies. They care more about their own conveniences rather than if a customer dies while consuming their product.

Came up to the smoothie stand about 15 minutes before the mall closed and the Chinese lady said rudely throwing her hands up "we done". Like go screw yourself and your smoothies that taste like sugar and ice. Never again and the people need to take this review and the other one and learn from it and give customers some respect. Without customers you wouldn't be in business!
