I loved Rumbi- until they changed the Menu. The Honey Orange Sauce was our favorite sauce until they changed- it has a gross texture and doesn't have a remotely close flavor- I really want my Honey Orange Sauce back! It took forever to get our food and when we did it was cold- my sister didn't eat any of it because it was not to her liking. Maybe when you change the menu and the sauces maybe tell the customer oh yeah we changed everything on you have fun with that! The only good thing about it was my mom's experience! I lost respect today for one of my favorite restuarants

I called in my order and while they answered the phone quickly, the girl who took my order was very abrupt and when she told me what my total was she just hung up on me. When my husband picked up our orders, the chicken tasted burnt, the vegetables were undercooked and the rice was not cooked well. My husband and I have dined at this location on several occasions, but I will not go back after this experience. Are their employees not trained on phone etiquette? Absolutely the worst meal we've ever had at the Sandy location.

I love Rumbi’s but we will never go back to this location. They seemed annoyed that we even entered their fine establishment. They messed up 4 people’s orders including ours. I told them “hey by the way, this was wrong with our order” no apology just a sigh. They started putting up chairs right next to us even though it was an hour before close. They blasted their music, and last, but certainly not least, the chef yelled to a co-worker “You look like you just smelled a dead body!” Nope, not kidding, that is what was said!

Great experience. Order was out before I could get my drink and sit down. Friendly staff.

I've ordered lunch here during the weekday twice in the last month. I am a fan of Rumbi, but not this location. My first phone order they kept me on hold for 6 minutes. I drove to the location and was the 2nd person in line and it took 10 minutes for me to get to the front with no apology or explanation of the delay.
My second phone order was a few weeks later and when I got there, they didn't have my order. They were quick to get me my food, but I was already upset about ANOTHER hike in their price (their chicken is now an additional $0.50!). I know the price hike is the company, not the franchise, but it's overpriced now.
The service was not amazing and definitely not worth the price I paid.
