Michael Grove is a consummate professional. I was recommended to him by both a friend and my realtor. Michael understood my situation and helped me achieve my goals. When I had some issues after closing, he helped me resolve them even though they weren't his problems.

My mom had a terrible experience here with a woman named Jan Edwards. She does not know how to do her job right, and is very unprofessional, and possibly racist. Jan asked my mother for the WRONG paperwork and instead of admitting that she didn't know what kind paperwork my mother actually needed she blamed HER ERROR on my mother and her English. One of my siblings was sitting right next to Jan and overheard her say and I quote " It's not my fault English is her second language." You know at least my mother knows two languages. After, I heard what had happend me being well, me decided to write this and because of people like this it's why our country is the way it is. By the way if I could give this zero stars I would but I can't...

Really awesome service! Our broker, Don Reber, was fantastic throughout the whole process. Our mortgage was sold almost immediately, which was expected. Unfortunately the company it was sold to, CMC, is really terrible with horrendous support and customer service (that's the only reason I'm knocking off one star!). Overall, a great experience with Ruoff.

Terrible, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. First off Lori Hiscock is entirely unprofessional and I see many people rave about her but read on and see why I feel otherwise. First time I used them I was all the way to a closing date and the lender then realized he didn't do part of his job properly so everything fell through. Recently tried working with them again. This time with a different lender, nice at first, then came off with a bit of an attitude. Attempted to reach out again to get suggestions. Only to see that after the last time we spoke she posted on her personal Facebook page something about me (not mentioning my name of course) but it was very clear it was about me. Completely inappropriate, and went on to comment to others and had a great time talking about me as if I am an idiot "child" when nor she or her "friends" know me or anything at all. If you have to rant to your Facebook friends, seems to me you're the child. Great way to lose business!
