The team there did an amazing job. Always keeping us in the loop on everything. This being our second time going through with them, I'd say it was even easier than the first time. I have been settled into my home for little over a month now. Nick and his team worked very diligently with me on making my home dreams come true. From start to finish, they were there to listen to my concerns and help guide me through the process. Jena was especially helpful in answering my ‘millions’ of questions. During the process there were some seller hitches, but Nick and Jena listened to my frustrations and helped me navigate the appropriate path. I would recommend their services to anyone. I was worried about getting a loan with a not-so-great credit score and a short sale in my past... but Nick Staker was amazing not only get me into a loan, but a 203k loan so I could do improvements on a house built in 1930. Academy Mortgage was extremely professional from the beginning to the end. They had all the answers to my questions when it came to my 203k loan where as other mortgage companies had never processed before and wouldn't even consider. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick and team to anyone who has a dream of being a home owner! Thank you for everything!
