Tim was always willing to run the numbers on getting my home. Also, he made sure I got something I could truly afford. He went the extra mile for my financial situation to go to an atypical loan type to make everything more affordable for my particular situation, which really helped us because we needed every penny we had for our moving expenses and appliances/necessities for our new(and first!) home. I am grateful for the service, support, thought and care that I received.
