Ken and Leah were very unorganized in this process. They would send us multiple emails asking us a separate questions in each. Every time we called they said they were busy in meetings and that it is easier to email, but they would take 3-4 days to respond to emails. Also, when working for them for over a month, they continued to call us by the wrong names. How is it that hard when it is right in front of you?? NEVER will we use them, we decided on a different mortgage loaner after all these issues.

Ken Blaudow with Indy Mortgage has done a great job for my clients for over 25 years!! Can always rely on Ken to do whatever is necessary to get my transactions closed in a timely fashion with the minimum amount of hassle - highly recommend Ken for all mortgage services!
