We were moving from out of state and after researching on line decided to give Grandview Lending a call based on reviews. I spoke with Tim and explained our situation of moving in a few months and was looking to see if buying was a possibility. He was excellent with options while being honest and straightforward on the way ahead. We were able to find the perfect house and Tim and his assistant Laura did an outstanding job on processing the loan in a professional and timely manner. We relocated and closed on time the day after our move!

The service from Michael and his processor Faye was terrific. They were easy to work with and explained the whole process well. I was on a short time table because I'm self employed and had to wait for my taxes to be filed before closing. They pushed everything through quickly and had me ready to go for closing. Michael was even able to make it to the closing to help if needed. Grandview did a great job!

Grandview Lending is a world-class brokerage service. As someone who is self employed and a husband on W2, we knew getting approved would be tricky. Mike Farrell and Faye were very professional, courteous and thorough. They knew exactly what to do for our unique case and apprised us on every step of the process. We had previously approached other lenders (several traditional banks and a few other brokers) but found Grandview to have the best connections to get us where we needed to be. They promptly provided several lender options for us to choose from, were very transparent about the pros and cons of each option and they helped us take into account things we would have missed like the seller’s portion of prepaid taxes helping us with the amount we needed to bring to closing. If you are on the market for a mortgage, give them a try, you won’t be sorry. The amount of options they have will well surpass anyone else in Indianapolis. And you might learn a thing or two about the mortgage biz from Mike as he is a straight shooter and makes sure you understand the what’s and why’s

i just closed a property working with Tracy. Her rate and closing costs were cheapest that i found. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Tracy and her team. Throughout the whole month, they were always available via call, text, and email. I received responses within hours if i had sent them an email or less via call or text. The team was on the ball, pushing other parties to quickly do their part in able to close on time. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
