As first a client, and now the loan processor at Spectrum Mortgage, I feel we do a great job in being transparent, easy to reach (I respond to every call as quick as I can, even on the weekends), and competitive on rates. We work with over 12 wholesale lenders, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. We analyze each borrower's circumstances diligently to ensure we are doing what's best for our clients.

Follow up response. How do you work with someone for 7 months and forget they're married. Then tell them you have to reapply.I get it your busy. Stop taking on new clients. If you cant handle the work hire more help. Dont: lie to your customers, drag them on for "one more thing" 26 times, ignore phone calls, pass the blame, confuse paperwork, cover up your mistakes. A the very end you said "wait your married..?" Wow... {~_o} Your' inconsistencies will average out. Over time your business will fail. Unless you fix your issues..

Great customer service and fantastic rates! I would highly recommend Spectrum Mortgage to anyone looking to refinance or buying a new home. Aaron Campbell did an excellent job on your current mortgage, so happy we found him!

Aaron and Ryan are the best !! They helped my parents with their loan and was very knowledgeable & caring and took the time to explain the whole process to them. I would recommend both Aaron and Ryan to anyone looking for a Mortgage Broker
