I really enjoyed working with First Option Mortgage. I worked with Dustan and Bryan and they were both very helpful and informative. I was new to the home buying experience and they lead me through the process with ease. I never struggled getting questions answered and they were prompt to get back to me. They provided a plan that worked well for what was going on in my life and I have already recommended them to others I know looking to apply.

Nothing bad at all to say about this company and the way Jarad Vinup and Brandon Lockwood took every step to make sure we were getting the best deal and closing on time. With that being said they were very informative and knowledgeable about their work and the housing market. We closed 1WEEK earlier than expected. I was so stressed at 1st not knowing what to expect, but they made this process flow so smoothly. I will definetly stay in touch and when the time comes to sell and re-buy. I will not hesitate to contact 1st Option. Thanks guys!! If you read this I greatly appreciate you taking care of my family. I felt like family and was comfortable the moment I walked in to your office!!

As a first time buyer I was not sure what to expect and initially it seemed like it was going to be a nightmare with the first lender I attempted to go through by setting expectations and not meeting them etc. However recommended by a friend I reached out to Jarad Vinup with First Option Mortgage and from then on the process was so efficient and seamless I will refer any friends and family as well as use them personally in the future!

My experience working with First Option Mortgage was great and easy. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, fast, and made the mortgage process less stressful. They communicated with me regularly and were always available for any questions or concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
