The place is super well located and charming. For hot days, there is a place in the garden outside, next to the sidewalk, which is very beautiful. Good beers. I found the food a little greasy, the frying was not dry and crunchy like in most places. Service ok.Food: 2/5
While the burger we tried didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of flavor balance and texture, the service provided by the waiter was exceptional. We also found the burger and fries a bit oily although the fries was good in taste. This place has the potential to provide much higher quality burger:Food: 3/5
Came here for drinks while shopping at Harvard Square. My partner got the winter spritz while I got the proclamation winter warmer. Also ordered the tuna tartar. The tuna was pretty bland and needed some spice or something. The drinks were both good. The atmosphere was really nice and warm.
Good place to grab lunch when strolling around Harvard Campus on Cambridge. Would recommend polenta fries huge! and the roast beef sandwich more burger than sandwich but very tasty. Would also recommend for dinner.Food: 4/5
Good food and sumptuous cocktails. The pizza was amazing! We’re just a little late to get to brunch so we had to wait it out and eventually had to get food off of the dinner menu. Not complaining but yes, check timings before you head in. Their espresso martini is on point! Absolutely perfect! Would certainly recommend a visit!Food: 5/5
It took awhile to get service here and the old fashioned was not very good, but the vibe is cool and I’d be down to try it again sometime.Service: 2/5
The burger tasted like burnt meat. It was well cooked but on the other there were parts that were overly burnt. The French fries were very oily and also over cooked.Food: 3/5
Very disappointed. We came here for their oyster happy hour, which is truly a good deal. However, the oysters weren’t the freshest and weren’t shucked very well. I got the risotto but the kitchen made the bolognese pasta. Server was quick to get me the correct order though. The food itself - not good - I could’ve made it better at home. My girlfriend took the pasta and thought it was the best amongst everything we ordered, because she didn’t like it al dente Maybe come here if you happen to be here during the oyster happy hour, otherwise I would not recommend.
We had an awesome quiet Wednesday night dinner here with my friends. We were delighted with the service from Julia! She’s super warm and personable and made sure my friends and I were well taken care of. She also knows the menu so well and helped me pick out drinks. Highly recommend the paper cut drink or the golden mocktail. Thanks for making a great night!
Pretty nice tavern, bar, restaurant and outer patio atmosphere in the middle center of Harvard Square. Great staff, service goes out of the way for you and your party. Giving them 4 star, due to their menu options being a bit short, like for example not offering Clamb Chowder. Overall recommend, and highly to come back and revisit.Food: 4/5
