The man who came to pump the septic was very polite. He explained what was going on in the tank and gave some tips about keeping the septic in good running order. This was the first time having the septic pumped so I had many questions and he was patient and kind answering all of them.

Septic pump outs are never exciting, but Ryan was on time, quick, gave me a full verbal report and receipt before he left. It's a less than glamorous job that was done very professionally. All anyone could ask for. Thanks.

I have used Russell Reid in the past. I am happy to say I will use them in the future. The Customer Service representative/scheduler, Brad, and Ken, the Service Technician who performed the service at our property we’re both informative, efficient and very friendly. I feel my household is in good hands with the people at Russell Reid. I would recommend them to anyone in our area. Especially these two gentlemen.

Spoke with a very nice gentleman on the phone. They dropped their price a little to come closer to a competitor’s price. I came home and it was done. No issues that I know of.
