I've used several visa services in the past, and while I haven't really had any bad experiences with any of them, none has been as pleasurable to work with as Russian National Group. Anastasia, in particular, was extremely pleasant to work with, answered all of my many questions quickly and efficiently, while providing me more detailed and helpful info than I've gotten from other providers. I'd definitely recommend Anastasia and Russian National Group, and look forward to working with them again!

I actually don't know what to say.  There was not one hiccup during the entire process.  I was shocked that it was so easy to get done through these guys.  They didn't lie or exaggerate about a thing.  Gave me just the straight facts.  I've heard of nightmare experiences that others have had with other Russian visa agencies.  Every 3 years I will be sending my passport to RNG, no doubt as long as the price remains reasonable.

Excellent service. Used their assistance twice so far. Both times they helped me with all my paperwork  to get Multiple Entry Russian visa without any problem. Very friendly and professional  staff.  Will be doing business with them again.

The level of service and support this organization provides is outstanding.  I've used them 3 times and each time they've gone above and beyond.  The General Manager of the Visa Section, Syuzanna Arutyunyan is wonderful to work with and extremely responsive, and they have a great relationship with the Consulate and the visa processing agency.  For my last trip to Russia my travel plans had to be made with a very short lead-time, which required a very short turnaround time to get a visa, and they really came through.  I literally had to pick up my passport on the way to the airport.  The day of, Syuzanna was in constant contact on the progress and worked with me to find the ideal time and place to meet.  We met at the visa center, walked in together and she had me on my way in minutes, passport with fresh visa in hand, with plenty of time to make my flight to Moscow.  I recommend them highly.

I've started my visa application with Russian National Group several days ago, Yuliya Feklova is assisting me to prepare documents and file the application; so far everything looks perfect: friendly, patient, professional, fast response; hope that the process will finish as smoothly as it started. The site is well organized, information is presented clearly.
