If you didn't make an appointment, they can see you between 9 am - 9:30 am, otherwise you'll have to wait to see if someone with an appointment doesn't show up, but they all did in my experience so best to make the appointment. The staff that attended to me were courteous and the lady who processed me was very nice.
Would have given 5 stars if I was informed about the check in process in advance.
