Rutter's

Stopped around 6:30am this morning for gas. Outside lights and minimal lights inside. Cars in parking lot and could see employees inside but the doors were locked and pumps were shut down. No notice on doors as to if the were having issues. Very disappointed for lack of explaining to customers!!

Awesome staff, best coffee around. And the food is so much better than Sheetz

Great food. Rude customer service.

Shop here one or two times a day. Good coffee on my way to work. They always have my brand of beer in stock.

The prices are much lower than sheetz. Food is better too.

Nice clean store with plenty of parking available and gas pumps. Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of beverages, foods and snacks and fresh food made there. Nice to see some competition in the local convenience store market and Altoona gas prices. Store located where the old King's restaurant was. Would recommend.

Great prices, friendly service, and convenient.

Sorry but this place take forever and a day for any service. I’ve gotten food here 4 times now and not once was it made Correctly. The workers are rude and not very nice when you asked them correct the order. I gave Rutter’s a try but sadly I’ll stick with sheetz.

First and last time in the store, staff need a course in customer service including what appeared to be management.

The worker in the back was rude & unprofessional. Sheetz workers would never be like that. ‍
