Sabia Ali, MD

Had a bad experience with scheduling here. My wife is a patient of Dr. Ali, my kids go to the same clinic for their pediatrician. I called them to get set up with a sick visit and they gave me an appointment time which means they did have availability. However, at the last moment she said that since I'm not an established patient of Dr. Ali, she can't give me the appointment today and I would have to go to urgent care. I felt this was really bad customer service. We already go to three doctors in the same clinic so we're definitely giving them plenty of business. Really left a bad feeling about the office.

Dr. Ali is an amazing doctor. I have been going to her for over a decade. She is diligent, honest, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!!!

I was looking for new PCP since I moved there. I gave horizon blue cross insurance card to front desk lady and she gave me estimate for the visit- vaccination was 100% covered and office visit supposed to be only $30 co pay. Then I made an appointment to come in. Btw, Dr. Ali was very pleasant person, and had good bedside manner. I verified with front desk before I left that everything was paid for now, and she said yes. Later, I get a bill of 250 dollars. Its a bad practice. I work in healthcare field, and honestly doctor was very nice, but their billing has big issues and needs improvement

I love dr Sabia. She is knowledgeable and makes one feel comfortable. I appreciate the fact that she listens to your concerns and talks to you as a friend and not a doctor who just wants to hear a very short version of why you’re at their office. My reason behind the 4 star and not 5 review is her receptionist. She is the rudest and least professional receptionist I have had misfortune of meeting. There were many times where I had to physically control myself from yelling at her. I agree with the other reviewers about how difficult it is to finish one sentence when your talking to the receptionist.

Dr. Ali is great. She is knowledgeable, very helpful. The 2 stars is for the staff. I called them in late aug to book an appointment, the front desk told me the next available is 17th sept. I confirmed. Got no confirmation email/text. I called today to confirm my time, i was told I don’t have any appointment. Okay, i made another appointment as I was still suffering, this time telemedicine to get it on the same day. I was confirmed for 1:15 telemedicine appointment, received no link. I called again to get the link, the front desk told me “she is looking for the link and will send as soon as she finds it”. Upon receiving no link, I called them at 1pm no answer, kept calling till 1:15pm but no one answered. My worst and most frustrating experience so far. Worst part is I will have go find a new Primary

Excellent facility, very clean. Natali who was at the front desk was very warm and supportive. Andrea mostly performed the tests and was wonderful. She did not rush thru, very professional. Everything was covered by insurance and for any additonal tests they mentioned it upfront, very transparent. Dr Sabia Ali met for just a while but she was warm too. Overall thumbs up from me.

The worst doctors office: She is knowledgeable doctor, but only think that they care is making money for CarePoint. They do not really care about the patient’s cost. They will send you to their care centers where there is no negotiated price for insurance. Furthermore, the office staff is the least professional. They were supposed to send me some results for insurance. I called them multiple times, but got nothing back. Not having the document timely cost me $500. They do not care sine it is not their money. Good doctor for health, but will get you bankrupt financially.

I want to give zero stars. I booked an appointment with Dr Sabah Ali that I can’t make this week because of my tight schedule this week. I have been calling since Friday during their regular business hours 8 am to 4 pm and nobody is picking up. I stopped by the office on Friday and a man who was at the reception desk said that I need to come back on Monday morning. He simply said that he can’t help me with moving my appointment and barely even answered any of my questions. If he hates his job so much, he needs to quit it so that they can hire a better receptionist who actually helps people who come in. I need someone to pickup my calls during regular business hours and cancel my appointment at this point. I’m not even interested in going in anymore. I’ll go somewhere else because of how hard it is to even reach anyone at this place.

Dr. Ali is friendly and knowledgable. But they seriously need a better receptionist, one who let the patient finish a sentence.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Ali and this office.
