The first time I went into safe and sound I was just looking for a quote and had all my questions answered and was treated very nicely. I returned a week later and had a radio installed. Feels really good to have a local business behave so professional. The job was done in good time and installed to perfection. I worked with Aaron who had just started working at safe and sound and work through the experience like had been there for years. He made sure to go through the features of the radio with me and left me very satisfied with the work done.

I have purchased several pieces of equipment from Safe and Sound and they are great to deal with. They are there for you before, during, and after the sale. I called back 2 years after my purchase and David was there to help me. I wish I were closer to Massachusetts so that I could go shop there in person and purchase the products they aren't able to offer online. I've had 5 pieces shipped to me in Illinois and all were beautifully packed and arrived in good order. Keep up the great work!

Aaron and Kevin at Safe & Sound were /are outstanding. From sales through the install every aspect was first rate. I had a pricey install of speakers and sub done at another "big name" shop that was amateur hour. The listening experience was just horrible. Very disappointing until the guys at Safe and Sound dug into my vehicle and corrected a variety of very questionable aspects of the original install. They gave me great advise and plenty of info in order for me to do my own homework prior to making a decision and it made all the difference in the world. Great Experience and Fabulous Sound. The professionalism and quality of work at S&S speaks for itself. Don't make the mistake I did...... see Aaron first.

I can’t say enough good things about Safe and Sound. They are highly knowledgeable, extremely attentive and I got a fantastic price on a system of 13 higher-end in-wall/ceiling speakers, a receiver, power amp and a subwoofer. I had a piece of equipment fail recently, and Safe and Sound gave me such great customer service. Honestly, you just don’t find a guy like Dave very often. He setup the return with the manufacturer, followed the progress of the warranty repair and kept me informed each step of the way. Shop the large on-line retailers or your local BB but I’d encourage you to hold off on a purchase decision until you call Safe and Sound. They’ll work a deal for you that the other companies simply can’t match These guys are amazing. I’m a customer for life.

Very friendly and informative staff. They know their product exceptionally well. They treated my wife and I like we were their number one and two customers. All questions answered and we never felt like we were being rushed or treated unfairly. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!
