Leah was busy when I arrived with a unit. But was very polite about being with me to help shortly. She was able to greet me and show me a few units to see what I needed. She really went above and beyond in my opinion to help me figure out what I needed in terms of space as this is my very first time renting a storage unit. While waiting and getting the paperwork ready she was very detailed about every document I needed to sign. I mean she was an absolute joy to have had come into contact with today! Thank you so much

This is one of the nicest indoor storage facilities I've ever worked in. I own a moving company and have worked in many storage facilities across the country and so far I think the one takes the cake for my favorite. The hallways are clean and easy to maneuver with the carts they provide, and the staff are really friendly, good people.

Best storage experience ever. Leah at the desk was one of the nicest, most helpful people I have ever encountered, and answered the questions I had in mind before I asked. Reservation process was very easy online. They gave the floor and exact unit number with the quote. I was able to book a ground floor unit with the first full month free and just pay prorated rent for the final week of the current month. Going in to sign the rental agreement was a breeze, and Leah was awesome. I'll look here first if I need to store anything else
Leah was great.very personable and professional. Spent a lot of time going over the important security features of the facility. Building is spotless. Highly recommend the facility.
