I highly recommend this location for getting your windshield fixed and eye sight recalibrated. The assistance manager Will here gives exceptional customer service and really helped me when I was having insurance issues I had to fight with the company over. He helped me get my car fixed. Everyone else there whom assisted did a great job.
I needed a chip in my windshield fixed. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. They sent me a friendly reminder as well. When i got there the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They said it would take 45 minutes for the work to be completed. It was done in 40. I'm pretty critical I inspected the work and they technician did an excellent job. I was paying put of pocket and the young woman at the front desk informed me i may be able to have my insurance cover it and they are. I had an exceptional experience at this place and i would highly recommend
I'll be there Wednesday at 8:00 in the morning to get a new windshield installed to my insurance company travelers and I only pay $50 deductible and they're going to recalibrate whatever they're going to recalibrate happy with that
Had to have full windshield replaced. Had a 3:30 appointment and they took my truck right in and only took an hour. My tech, Joe, was awesome..very knowledgeable and skilled. Would highly recommend using this location.
I'm afraid there's no good way to condense my saga of an experience with this Safelite location. Upon my first visit it was determined that the crack in my windshield couldn't be repaired, so they had to order a new windshield. I asked, "It will be the same windshield, correct?" and the man behind the counter agreed. Luckily a coworker of mine explained his experience with Safelite using OEE unless you explicitly use the phrase "OEM," at which point I called and they indeed did not order the same windshield but an equivalent from a different manufacturer. After that hurdle was cleared, I came in to have the windshield replaced, and noticed after arriving home with wind coming under it the whole drive back that my plastic antenna had been broken off. Luckily we did a walk around the entire car before work started and photos were taken to document the condition, so it would be easy to file this claim and have the antenna repaired. Wrong. After filing an online claim and calling corporate twice, I was finally connected to the repair location half a week later. When reviewing the before photos of the car which I was never allowed to see, the manager made it clear that the antenna wasn't shown. I explained how this is a problem since the photos were to document damage, and therefore the antenna likely wasn't snapped off between my house and the repair shop. I then asked if he could review security footage to confirm, and he quickly became indignant at that assumption and made it clear that no cameras are on site, but he would look at the damage when I brought the car in to have the window reapplied so that air wouldn't seep under it. After showing him the antenna, he said it couldn't possibly have been them since it wasn't in the "area of work" obviously. I then asked how it could have broken off on the 4-mile drive home, and he explained that "anything can happen." As an architect, I have a reasonable understanding of physics and material composition, and for wind to break through half an inch of plastic on a 40 mph road would require divine intervention. I therefore was out three Saturdays, the cost of a windshield, and the cost of a new antenna after trying to have a crack repaired at Safelite. As they told me, "anything can happen there," and they clearly have absolutely no liability and accept no accountability, so it is entirely not worth the hassle. Take your car to a dealer that values its reputability and pride in craft. Ps. The photo that is used to identify this site is a photo of a different location. Street view will give an accurate depiction.
