And while we didn’t formally meet others that helped restore our vehicle, we appreciate all of them as well. Our vehicle was delivered today looking clean and beautiful. Although the body damage on my car was fairly minimal they did an amazing job matching the paint with the original. They were always extremely friendly. Additionally they quickly assessed the damage to my car and came up with a pretty accurate estimate.

God forbid that I need collision repair again but if I do I will go to Zara's and would recommend it to anyone. They kept in touch during the process and kept us informed. It was done earlier than expected and the inside and out looked better than it did the day we pulled out of the car lot. They were also very courteous and it seemed like they really cared. One day I saw an ad for them on TV and wondered why they had to advertise. I took my truck here for a quote the day after Christmas. Horrible rainy day. I just found out a quote was not done on my vehicle for my insurance claim. Now I have to take my vehicle to another "select service" shop to have an estimate done for a preliminary quote. Why did I take an hour and a half out of my day to sit in the waiting room, have my vehicle taken bake to the shop for 20-30 minutes to receive nothing?!?! I am extremely unhappy at the moment. I have always loved Zara's and taken MANY vehicles and referred MANY people to this shop.
