Male pharmacist was very rude and not helping. I have a prescription for a medicine I desperately need and all other pharmacy’s are out of. I have the written prescription in my hand from my doctor and he tells me he won’t fill it unless he speaks to my doctor which he’s not in office when I’m there. i had this prescription filled at this exact Safeway last month. Why would he need to confirm AGAIN? No other pharmacy has done this. Horrible customer service and will never be going there to grocery shop or get prescriptions
Better than Walgreens, but this month they’re unable to fill my medication. Wasn’t given any other information other than they don’t have it, it’s out of stock. Frustrating.

I walked in today in the hope of getting a covid booster but was expecting a big NOPE. But that wasn't the case. The young man working at the pharmacy walked me thru paperwork, told me I had 7 people in front of me, & he would call over store intercom when It was my turn. And--in less time than it took to drink a Starbucks frappucino-- my name came was called. The shot was quickly administered. All was so easy. Compliments to all for being efficient and professional.
So helpful!! I called first to ask about having a prescription filled and received a lot of guidance from pharmacy staff. Very nice & professional when I went to pick up. I had my prescription in no time. 10/10. Great experience.
They're the worst! I came to pick up my prescription, gave my information, and the tech said "ok, one minute" and then walked back and started to put a giant bin of medications on the shelf. I don't understand why they feel the need to screw with people like this.
Some of the worst service and lack of attention I have experienced at a Pharmacy. We called ahead and were quoted about 20 mins. We ended up waiting 1.5hrs and we had to ask for an inhaler because no one had come to tell us our medication wasn't going to be ready.. Finally, the Pharmacist asked if we needed an inhaler to use at the moment, then gave us one NOT covered by our insurance and told us that we should have known!!!! No amount of reasoning seemed to get through to them. We had to leave and come back 2 hours later! at which point they gave us both of our ordered prescriptions, one of which was 10 of the 30 pills we paid for. No responsibility or ethics here.

AWFUL pharmacy. 4/5 times you call they put you on hold and then never pick back up. Every time I’ve gone they’ve made me wait at least 30 minutes for my prescription with no explanation. Don’t go here- especially if you’re sick and don’t want to wait on your medicine.
I went in for a breakfast sandwich this morning. After 5 minutes of standing at the counter, I ask one person if I could please have a breakfast sandwich. She replied "someone will be with you". After a few more minutes, one of the people was walking out right in front of me. I asked the same question and got the same reply. I said forget it, I'll take my business elsewhere. That got both of their attention. As I was walking away, I could hear the two of them talking to each other. The one that walked past me was going on a break. Seems the break is more important at that store than customer service. I say that because of a similar issue I had at the customer service desk a few months ago. Unions have no place where customer service is provided. There is no incentive to provide it. Their job doesn't rely on it! Been going there for 6 years, today was the last time.
