My store the pharmacy department at Washington Street are the best customer service people. I know the stores fully-equipped whenever I go I can always find what I need, what a great store it is Walgreen basically all over the Baltimore City.

Absolutely awful service with FedEx at this location. Absolutely unhelpful person. As if they are doing favors by providing FedEx service.

It was hot inside. Long wait in line

I have come to this store multiple times and the website and door state the store closes at 9 pm and they are close by 7 pm during the week. This is an inconvenience and an update with staff or on the website/ door needs to be fixed.

I knew those people were nasty and rude but sharing customer information loud enough for the front to hear is just disgusting. Need to be reported. Do not shop here They share your info

Took over a month to develop film photos and was not notified when they were ready. Upon receiving the photos the CD that is supposed to have digital copies was empty. Called about the CD and it was clear none of the employees understood process or how to help.

After pressing the button for help, I waited. And waited. And waited. Security hovered over my shoulder, but could be of no assistance besides also hitting the button, so when an employee finally begrudgingly drifted over I said "nevermind" and left. Won't be back.
