We are a community yoga center offering classes on a sliding scale where you pay what you want from $10-$18.
Our classes vary in level and style, with each teacher offering their unique, quality instruction. All of our instructors are certified and have great experience. We each believe in continuing to study and learn, and that teaching is a practice in listening, understanding, communicating, and being able to improvise.
We are within the same building as two other wonderful community practices: Milwaukee Community Acupuncture and Foundation Chiropractice.
