This place markets itself as some high end eatery but has the quality of a convenience mart. The man in front of me ordered a soup that I saw was clearly just reheated from some prepackaged cup. I ordered their premium smoothie and I saw them pull out a bag of frozen gel which they just put in the blender to make drinkable, no fruit no yogurt no whatever else they had listed.

Awesome coffee, beautiful atmosphere, and delicious food.  The staff was very nice and accommodating.  I absolutely love this place and cannot wait to sample the entire  menu!

So many issues at this place.... Premium smoothies are far from premium as there is no real fruit in them! Ordered my mother & sister a caramel macchiato to recieve both of them half filled. Showed manager & she saw nothing wrong with it... had them remake them & the same thing once again. For the price you are paying, it is so not worth it! Major disappointment for Jackson & its such a shame

HORRIBLE and a waste of money. Got served my eggs COLD I️ couldn’t even eat them. Over priced horrible quality food. Will never go here again, so disappointed. Sucks because this place coulda really been a cool spot in Jackson

Very cute local coffee house. Has a cooler vibe than a Panera. Lots of drink options plus a nice array of food items too.
