Great local meats, prepared in-house! Their sausages, pork burgers, and dry aged beef are some of our favorites, though honestly, everything we've had has been amazing. They are also happy to do custom orders too, just give them a call. Side note, don't forget the incredible local honey that's available "regular" and habanero!.

I seldom "shop". But this time I was looking around. They recommended their cubed pork for my purpose. Sometimes it pays to shop....great pork and perfect for my purpose.

Recently picked up an aged ribeye steak and was blown away. Hands down the best steak I've had. Super tender and juicy. Definitely will be back.
